Who is the FIB Global Conference for? The conference is designed for professionals who hold or are advancing toward leadership and decision-making positions. Each company will host a group of up to 30 pre-selected executives. Registration will take place through the official event app, and each host company will be responsible for selecting participants. Frequently Asked Questions What is the minimum age to attend? Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Does my ticket guarantee a place at an Industry Forum? Yes. Your ticket guarantees access to one Industry Forum. Each participant may select only one of the three Forums. Selection will take place later through the official event app and will be subject to capacity at each venue. Does my ticket guarantee participation in FIB In Company? No. Your ticket allows you to apply for available experiences, but participation will depend on capacity and the selection process conducted by each host company. How will I access the event app? All participants will receive instructions for accessing the official FIB Global Conference 2026 app before the conference. The app will provide access to the program, key conference information, Industry Forum selection, and applications for available FIB In Company experiences. How will event check-in work? Access to the event will be granted through the individual ticket issued by Sympla. Information regarding check-in times, required documentation, and access procedures will be sent to participants before the conference. Is the ticket issued in the participant’s name? Yes. Each ticket must be registered under the name and details of the participant attending the event. If a ticket holder needs to be changed, the transfer must follow Sympla’s applicable rules and deadlines. Is the event accessible? Official conference venues will provide accessibility infrastructure for people with reduced mobility. Will I receive a certificate of attendance? Yes. Certificates of attendance will be issued within 30 days after the conference ends. Do you issue invoices? Yes.
